CF Flange High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valves
CF Flange High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valves: Overview, Structural Features & Technical Parameters
The CF High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valve is powered by electromagnetic force. When the power is turned on, the valve is closed, isolating the vacuum system from the atmosphere; when the power is turned off, the valve is in an open state, and then the atmosphere is introduced into the vacuum system from the outside. This valve has two functions: opening when energized and closing when energized. It is equipped with an air filter inside and can be used to inflate the vacuum system. The applicable media are air and non-corrosive gases.
Structural Features
It features simple structure, stable operation, reliable sealing, low coil temperature, and can work continuously with power on for a long time.
There are two types available for users: normally open type and normally closed type.
The interface of this type of valve is ISO-KF16 or KF25. It is only connected to the bypass in the vacuum system and plays a role in filling the atmosphere into the vacuum system (such as vacuum pipelines, vacuum chambers, etc.).
