KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Butterfly Valves
KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Butterfly Valves: Overview & Technical Parameters
The pneumatic actuator of the KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Butterfly Valve uses compressed air as power. It changes the direction of the air circuit through a solenoid directional valve, drives the mechanical movement of the piston rack and gear, and outputs torque with angular stroke to drive the butterfly valve for opening and closing movements, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting or cutting off the air flow in the vacuum pipeline. The valve disc of the valve adopts a clamping structure to clamp the sealing ring of the valve disc, with the function of fine-tuning the main seal. It is a new type of pneumatic high vacuum butterfly valve controlled by a pneumatic actuator at present, which is divided into double-acting and single-acting (spring return) cylinders. It can be equipped with a feedback signal device and an electric valve positioner. The main applicable working media are air and non-corrosive gases.
