High Vacuum Ball Valves
High Vacuum Ball Valves (Manual): Overview & Technical Parameters
The High Vacuum Ball Valve is a valve used to open or isolate gas flow in vacuum systems with a pressure range of 1.3×10⁻⁷~6×10⁵Pa. It is widely applicable to various positive and negative pressure pipeline systems for gases, liquids, etc., and complies with GMP standards.
Actuator Selection
Performance Characteristics of High Vacuum Ball Valve
The vacuum ball valve is connected with electric actuators and pneumatic actuators through brackets and couplings to form electric vacuum ball valves (on-off type and regulating type with control signal 4-20mA) and pneumatic vacuum ball valves (on-off type and regulating type with control signal 4-20mA).
Small switching torque, small configured pneumatic actuator, stable and reliable operation;
The high vacuum ball valve has an excellent sealing structure design, with a leak rate of <1×10⁻¹⁰Pa·m³/s, which changes the current situation that ball valves cannot meet the requirements of vacuum and high vacuum;
The ball valve can be used not only in high vacuum but also under a certain positive pressure.
Compact structure, light weight, simple and beautiful appearance;
