KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Angle Valves: Overview, Working Principle, Structural Features & Technical Parameters

The KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Angle Valve uses compressed air as power. It changes the direction of the air circuit through a solenoid directional valve, pushes the cylinder piston to move up and down, drives the valve stem to move up and down, and makes the valve plate open or close, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting or cutting off the air flow in the vacuum system. Type J is an angle-through type, and Type S is a three-way type with a pre-pumping port. The applicable working medium of the KF Flange Pneumatic High Vacuum Angle Valve is air and non-corrosive gas.

Working Principle

The Pneumatic High Vacuum Angle Valve is a vacuum valve used in vacuum systems to open or cut off air flow. The valve is powered by compressed air. It is executed by a cylinder, and the solenoid directional valve changes the direction of the air circuit to drive the valve stem to move up and down, so as to achieve the purpose of opening or closing the valve plate. The shaft seal structure of the Pneumatic High Vacuum Angle Valve can be divided into two types: fluororubber seal and bellows seal, and Type S is a three-way type with a pre-pumping port.
