High Vacuum micro-metering Valves
High Vacuum micro-metering Valves (Vacuum Needle Valve): Overview, Features & Main Performance Indicators
The High Vacuum micro-metering Valve (also known as Vacuum Needle Valve) adjusts the gap length between the conical needle and the hole through screw drive to change the conductance value of the valve seat. It is used to inflate the vacuum system and accurately adjust the intake flow rate to control and regulate the vacuum degree in the system. The applicable working media of the High Vacuum micro-metering Valve are dust-free air and non-corrosive gases.
