High Vacuum Diaphragm Valves
High Vacuum Diaphragm Valves (Manual): Overview & Technical Parameters
The High Vacuum Diaphragm Valve uses the valve stem to directly press the rubber diaphragm onto the valve seat, which is used to cut off or connect the vacuum system. The connection forms adopted include loose flange connection, quick-disconnect flange connection and welded connection. The welded connection is further divided into welded Type I connection (i.e., welding at both ends) and welded Type II connection (i.e., welding at one end and inserting at the other end).
The applicable working media of the High Vacuum Diaphragm Valve are air and non-corrosive gases.
