High Vacuum Butterfly Valves
The high vacuum butterfly valve is used to connect or cut off air flow in vacuum pipelines. The valve disc adopts clamping structure to fasten the sealing ring of the disc. It is equipped with functions of fine-tuning main seal and valve open/close locking. The applicable working media are air and non-corrosive gas.

Structure of High Vacuum Butterfly Valve
The valve can withstand positive pressure, and the valve stem has no vertical movement. Limit structures are arranged for opening and closing, and locking device is equipped on the disc. It is mainly composed of valve body, butterfly disc, valve shaft, sealing ring and transmission device. The manual actuator drives the valve shaft to rotate the butterfly disc within 90° relative to the valve body for opening, closing and flow regulation. The valve can shut off medium in both directions with reliable sealing and bidirectional zero leakage. Self-lubricating bearings are adopted with low friction resistance.
Product Features
1. Self-lubricating bearing with low friction resistance.
2. The butterfly disc sealing ring can be replaced after disassembly.
3. Bidirectional medium shutoff, reliable sealing and bidirectional zero leakage.
4. The shaft seal adopts special self-compensating structure to isolate outside air from pipeline and maintain pipeline vacuum degree.
