KF High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valves
KF High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valve: Overview & Technical Parameters
The KF High Vacuum Electromagnetic Differential Pressure Charges Valve is a safety valve for mechanical vacuum pumps. It is installed at the air inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump and opens and closes synchronously with the pump. When the pump stops working or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve closes automatically to maintain the vacuum of the vacuum system and fill the atmosphere into the pump chamber, thereby avoiding the reverse flow of pump oil and contamination of the vacuum system. The applicable media are pure air or non-corrosive gases.
