Sanitary Diaphragm Valves with Clamp Ends
Sanitary Diaphragm Valves with Clamp Ends - Working Principle, Overview & Technical Parameters
The opening and closing of the sanitary diaphragm valve with clamp ends are achieved by the up and down movement of the valve stem driven by the handwheel. When the valve stem is in the upper position, the spherical diaphragm bends upward, and the valve is in a conducting state. When the valve stem moves from top to bottom, it drives the valve core to bend the diaphragm, forcing the diaphragm to fit closely against the valve seat area and closing the flow path of the pipeline fluid. It is used to control corrosive or general corrosive media. The inner cavity surface of the valve body has no lining or is covered with various optional rubbers, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. It is mainly used in industrial fields such as dairy products, food, pharmaceuticals, beer, cosmetics, etc. All parts of the sanitary quick-install diaphragm valve in contact with the medium are mirror polished.
