Sanitary Wafer Check Valves
Sanitary Wafer Check Valves & Butterfly Check Valve - Overview, Features & Technical Parameters
The sanitary wafer check valve is composed of components such as valve body, disc, valve stem and spring, and adopts wafer connection. Due to the short closing stroke of the disc and spring loading, the water hammer effect can be significantly reduced. This valve is mainly applicable to water supply and drainage pipe networks in urban, industrial and high-rise buildings. Because its structure length is shorter than that of ordinary check valves, it is most suitable for places with limited installation space.
The butterfly check valve is used in clean pipelines as well as industrial, environmental protection, water treatment, and water supply and drainage pipelines of high-rise buildings to prevent reverse flow of media.
Product Features
Small volume, light weight, compact structure and convenient maintenance;
The valve plate adopts wafer type, which can automatically close quickly under the moment of the elastic force of the spring;
Due to the quick closing function, medium backflow can be avoided;
The valve body has small structural length and good rigidity.
