Product Brief Introduction
Pneumatic Actuated PTFE Fluorine Lined Diaphragm Valve is equipped with Gemu type pneumatic actuator, composed of reciprocating piston cylinder and diaphragm valve. The up and down movement of the valve stem driven by the pneumatic actuator realizes opening and closing, so as to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. The inner fluorine plastic lining of the valve can resist corrosive media of various degrees.

Product Features
The valve adopts packing-free structure. The diaphragm isolates corrosive medium inside the flow channel from driving components. Smooth flow channel brings low flow resistance and large flow capacity. Multiple optional rubber and fluoroplastic linings on the inner cavity of valve body deliver excellent corrosion resistance. The elastic rubber diaphragm sealing element provides good sealing performance and low closing force.

Working Principle
The opening and closing of Pneumatic Actuated PTFE Fluorine Lined Diaphragm Valve is realized by the up and down movement of valve stem driven by pneumatic actuator. When the valve stem moves upward, the spherical diaphragm bends upward to open the valve passage. When the valve stem moves downward, it drives the valve plug to bend the diaphragm tightly against the valve seat, cutting off the fluid passage of the pipeline.

Product Application
Pneumatic Actuated PTFE Fluorine Lined Diaphragm Valve can be fitted with handwheel, limit feedback signal, positioner and other accessories to realize diversified functions. The inner cavity of valve body is separated from bonnet cavity, protecting valve body, disc and stem from medium corrosion and eliminating medium leakage. It is widely used in industrial automation systems for flow regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, highly corrosive, high viscosity, particle-containing, fiber-bearing and contamination-sensitive media, with functions of diversion, shut-off, regulation and throttling.
