Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valve with Flange Ends
All steel connecting components of Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valve with Flange Ends are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, and the sealing parts are made of silicone rubber or PTFE, complying with sanitary standards. It is widely applied in brewing, fine chemical and many other industries.

Product Performance
Main Advantages
Elastic sealing closing and opening components guarantee zero internal leakage. Streamlined flow channel brings low pressure loss. No stuffing box structure eliminates external leakage completely. The valve body and bonnet are separated by the middle diaphragm, so components including bonnet and stem above the diaphragm will not be corroded by media. The diaphragm is replaceable with low maintenance cost. Various lining materials are available to fit different media, featuring high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
Structural Features
Due to its unique structural design, this diaphragm valve is specially suitable for ultra-pure media, heavily contaminated, highly viscous liquid, gas, corrosive or inert media. When matched with control equipment, it can replace other traditional control systems, especially for inert media containing solids or prone to contamination.
