Forged Steel Cryogenic Gate Valve
Product Description
The forged steel cryogenic gate valve is suitable for low-temperature media such as methane, liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid hydrogen. The valve bonnet is designed as a long neck structure convenient for cold insulation, ensuring that the temperature at the bottom of the stuffing box remains above 0℃. A pressure relief hole is arranged on the inlet side of the gate plate to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity. The valve material undergoes low-temperature impact test to ensure that the material will not suffer brittle damage at low temperatures. For cryogenic gate valves used below -101℃, the valve components undergo cryogenic treatment before precision machining.
