Forged Steel Globe Valves
Forged steel globe valves are manufactured from high‑strength forged steel. They are widely used in high‑temperature and high‑pressure working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry, power generation, metallurgy and natural gas. Suitable for water, steam, oil products, gas and various corrosive media, the valves deliver excellent pressure resistance, high‑temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Featuring compact and robust structure with reliable sealing performance to prevent medium leakage effectively, they are suitable for precise flow regulation and shut‑off operation under severe working conditions. The product features flexible opening‑closing, reliable sealing, wear resistance, long service life and convenient maintenance. The globe valves adopt threaded or flanged connections, and support manual, electric and pneumatic actuation to meet diverse automatic control requirements. Their main function is rapid fluid shut‑off and precise regulation to ensure safe and stable system operation.

Structural Features
1. The two‑end flanges of the valve are integrally die‑forged with the valve body. The shell strength is far higher than conventional forged‑steel valves with welded flanges. Under the same material and wall thickness, its pressure‑bearing capacity is more than 1.5 times that of forged‑steel valves with welded flanges. The valve material is ASTM A105.
2. Without weld seams on the valve body, it avoids material inhomogeneity, heavy welding stress and various welding defects existing in forged‑steel valves with welded flanges. Therefore, the corrosion resistance is significantly improved, and the service safety and overall service life of the valve are enhanced.
3. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 602, it has elegant appearance and advanced structure.
