Socket Weld Forged Steel Gate Valve - Product Description & Structural Forms

The socket weld forged steel gate valve features small fluid resistance and low torque required for opening and closing. It can be used in loop pipelines where the medium flows in two directions, meaning the flow direction of the medium is not restricted. When fully open, the erosion of the working medium on the sealing surface is smaller than that of the globe valve. It has a relatively simple structure, good manufacturability, and a short structural length. It is suitable for industrial pipelines in industries such as steel plants, petroleum, chemical industry, gas, boilers, papermaking, textiles, food, shipping, water supply and drainage, energy, polysilicon, and power generation.

Structural Forms

1. Full port or reduced port;

2. Rising stem with bracket;

3. Stuffing box gland with self-aligning at both ends;
