Pneumatic 3-way Ball Valves
The pneumatic three-way ball valve is composed of a pneumatic double-piston rack and pinion actuator and a three-way ball valve. This series of products has the advantages of strong functions, small volume, light weight, reliable performance, simple supporting facilities and large flow capacity.
Application Fields
Suitable for occasions with strict sealing requirements, it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry and other fields to automatically cut off and switch control oil, water, gas, pulp or fibrous fluids. The pneumatic ultra-short switch ball valve is suitable for various process pipelines with tight sealing requirements.
Features
The three-way ball valve is used for shunting or converging flow. It is a multi-port ball valve with two or four valve seats. Any port can be used as an inlet with no leakage. The three-way valve can be either L-type port or T-type port.
The T-type flow channel adopts a 4-sided valve seat, with balanced force and reliable sealing, mainly used for shunting, mixing, reversing and full opening of three channels.
The L-type flow channel adopts a 2-sided valve seat, mainly used for flow path reversing.
