Pneumatic Actuated 3-way Ball Valves
The pneumatic 3‑way ball valve consists of a rotary‑stroke pneumatic actuator and a 3‑way ball valve. It realizes medium flow direction switching, medium confluence and diversion inside pipelines. When matched with an electric valve positioner, the pneumatic 3‑way regulating ball valve can be operated with 4‑20mADC control signal and 0.4‑0.7MPa air supply to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level. Equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4‑0.7MPa air source, the pneumatic 3‑way diverting ball valve performs on‑off action and outputs two pairs of passive contact signals for valve position feedback.
