Pneumatic Actuated 4-Way Ball Valves
The Pneumatic Actuated 4 Way Ball Valve consists of quarter‑turn pneumatic actuator and 4‑way ball valve. It can be equipped with valve positioner. With control signal (4‑20 mADC or 1‑5 VDC) and air supply, the valve can be controlled for operation. It can also be fitted with travel limit switches, solenoid valve, air filter regulator set, and 0.4‑0.7 MPa air source to realize on‑off operation, outputting two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate valve open/closed status.
Pneumatic Actuated 4 Way Ball Valves are widely applied in exploitation, refining‑processing and pipeline transmission systems of petroleum, natural gas, coal and ores; in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries; in hydropower, thermal power and nuclear power systems; in urban & industrial water supply‑drainage, heating and gas supply systems; in farmland irrigation‑drainage systems; as well as in metallurgical systems. It is an important mechanical product closely related to industrial construction, national defense and people’s livelihood. Installed in various pipeline systems, the pneumatic 4‑way ball valve cuts off or connects medium flow, delivering media to each designated point in accordance with pre‑set procedures.

Main Features
The stem is integrally forged of A182F (1Cr13) and quenched‑tempered to reach hardness HB220‑250. The stem connects to handle via flat key / spline / square wedge for good universality and easy assembly & disassembly. Anti‑blow‑out stem structure is adopted.
Valve packing uses braided packing, flexible graphite sealing ring or PTFE sealing ring, achieving reliable stem sealing under proper lubrication condition.
Anti‑static structure is available upon request. Conductive springs are fitted between ball‑stem and stem‑body to avoid static spark igniting flammable media and guarantee system safety.
Diverse sealing pairs. Soft‑seat, hard‑seat, fire‑safe seat and other structures are selectable for different service conditions. Floating ball for size below DN150; trunnion‑mounted ball for size below DN200.
Auxiliary sealing structure can be arranged at valve seat. Grease injection valves are installed on seat and stem for temporary sealing under emergency. Extended stem is optional for buried installation.
