Pneumatic 4-Way Ball Valves

Pneumatic 4-Way Ball Valves consist of a rotary pneumatic actuator and a 4-way ball valve body. According to the structural form, they can be divided into two types: Double L-Type and Cross-Type, which realize two forms of medium reversing operations respectively.

Product Overview and Applications

Pneumatic 4-Way Ball Valves are composed of a 4-way flanged ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. The flow path of the 4-way ball valve is an X-shaped vertical channel ball valve, with four channels distributed around it. When the ball core rotates 90 degrees, it can connect two adjacent channels. Pneumatic 4-way reversing ball valves are mainly used as bidirectional water supply rotary valves in power station systems; each 90-degree rotation can switch the water supply mode. They replace 4 valves, simplifying procedures, facilitating operation, reducing costs, enabling easy control and ensuring good synchronization.
