The pneumatic aluminum alloy butterfly valve consists of two gravity-cast half valve bodies made of high-quality aluminum alloy material. The rotating disc is manufactured from polymer engineering materials, delivering excellent sealing performance. It adopts identical round flange structures at the top and bottom, equipped with a top flange and flanged components, which is compatible with flexible casing installation.
Also known as the pneumatic cement butterfly valve, it is specially designed for switching and controlling material tanks, hoppers and silos filled with powdery and granular materials. Widely used in processing all kinds of dry powder and granular materials, the valve relies on the gravity of materials to achieve medium shut-off and supports pneumatic conveying of dry materials. It can be installed under hoppers, material tanks, silos, screw conveyors and other conveying equipment, as well as connected to pneumatic conveying pipelines.
