Pneumatic Control Ball Valve
The pneumatic control ball valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator, a ball valve and a valve positioner. It adopts a 4-20mA control signal (HART protocol is optional) to control the valve opening, realizing the adjustment of medium temperature, pressure and flow rate.
As a rotary ball valve with a 90° rotation angle, the pneumatic control ball valve has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles or fibers. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, etc., for long-distance centralized control or on-site control.
