Product Overview

The pneumatic control butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic control type butterfly valve, consists of a pneumatic actuator and a metal-sealed or soft-sealed butterfly valve body. Equipped with a pneumatic valve positioner, it operates by receiving standard control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and air supply pressure. It can accurately regulate the pressure, flow rate and temperature of pipeline media. Compared with other types of control valves, the pneumatic control butterfly valve features a simple structure and excellent cost performance.

Application Scope

This valve is widely applied in pipelines with corrosive media in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, air, coal gas, combustible gas, water supply and drainage industries, with a working medium temperature up to 550℃.
