The pneumatic DIN standard ball valve is a reduced bore ball valve with relatively low fluid resistance. Thrust bearings reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, ensuring stable and flexible long-term operation of the valve stem.

It features excellent valve seat sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as PTFE achieves easy sealing effect, and its sealing performance improves along with the increase of medium pressure. Adopted 316 stainless steel valve stem ensures reliable sealing. Since the valve stem only rotates without lifting movement, the packing seal is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing effect will be strengthened as medium pressure rises.

This valve is equipped with fireproof structure. The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step on the valve stem head can prevent the valve stem from blowing out. In case the stem seal is damaged by fire, metal contact can be formed between the convex step and valve body to maintain effective valve stem sealing.
