Pneumatic Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve
Product Overview
The pneumatic double eccentric butterfly valve, also known as the high-performance butterfly valve, adopts a unique double eccentric structural design. The valve shaft is doubly deviated from the structural center of the valve body, combined with the arc sealing surface design of the valve disc. This structure enables the valve disc to quickly separate from the sealing seat during opening, effectively reducing friction on the sealing surface and ensuring excellent sealing performance when the valve is fully closed.
Equipped with a center self-positioning seat structure and a special seat compensation sealing design, the valve realizes automatic sealing compensation while lowering friction during opening and closing strokes. It greatly reduces operating torque and significantly improves the valve’s control accuracy. Featuring stable and reliable sealing performance and long service life, this series of butterfly valves is suitable for control and shut-off of conventional corrosive gas and liquid media in industrial pipelines.
