Overview

The pneumatic fireproof and anti-static ball valve is a type of valve that can be used in pipelines for natural gas, artificial gas, liquefied gas, city gas and non-corrosive gases.

Features

  1. The anti-static ball valve adopts a trunnion mounted ball design, and all relative moving parts are made of self-lubricating materials with extremely low friction coefficient, resulting in small operating torque. In addition, the long-term sealing of the sealing grease makes the operation more flexible.

  2. The valve adopts a high-platform structure and complies with the ISO5211 connection standard, enabling more professional installation of electric/pneumatic actuators.

  3. The anti-static ball valve is available in full-port or reduced-port design with small flow resistance.

  4. The metal hard-seal anti-static ball valve adopts a bidirectional metal movable seal structure, which has automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions, and excellent sealing performance.

  5. The anti-static ball valve adopts a trunnion mounted ball design and is equipped with a preload spring, enabling the ball valve to have an automatic pressure relief function.

  6. Each ball valve is equipped with two movable sealing seats, which can seal in both directions, so there is no need to consider the direction of the medium during installation.

  7. It has a fireproof and anti-static structure. Conductive springs are installed between the valve stem and the valve body, and between the valve stem and the ball, to avoid static sparks igniting flammable media and ensure system safety.

  8. Dual protection of fire-resistant structure: in case of fire that damages the sealing ring, all sealing parts of the ball valve can form a metal-to-metal hard seal structure.

  9. Automatic pressure relief structure: when the liquid medium trapped in the valve cavity vaporizes due to temperature rise, resulting in abnormal increase of cavity pressure, the medium in the cavity can push the valve seat by its own thrust to automatically relieve pressure, thus ensuring the safety of the valve.
