Product Overview

The pneumatic flange butterfly valve consists of a quarter-turn pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve body. It features a simple structure, compact size, lightweight design and cost-effective price, especially suitable for installation in high-altitude and concealed pipeline passages. Controlled by a 5/2-way solenoid valve, the valve realizes fast and convenient on-off operation. Equipped with a valve positioner, it can precisely control and adjust medium flow, temperature, pressure and other pipeline parameters.

This butterfly valve delivers low fluid resistance and large effective flow area when fully open, especially for medium and large diameter sizes. It only requires a 90° rotation to complete opening and closing with small operating torque. Due to the balanced medium force on both sides of the disc, the valve achieves reliable tight sealing even under low pressure.

It is available in two sealing types: soft seal and hard seal. The soft seal version adopts NBR and fluororubber materials for zero-leakage performance. The multi-layer metal hard seal structure provides flexible and stable sealing performance, maintaining excellent tightness under both low and high temperature conditions. Widely applicable for corrosive media in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical, air, gas, combustible gas, water supply and drainage industries.
