Working Principle
The pneumatic three-way ball valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and a three-way ball valve, which is a rotary reversing valve. Pneumatic actuators are divided into two types: pneumatic double-acting and pneumatic single-acting (spring return). Pneumatic three-way ball valves can be L-shaped and T-shaped. The L-shaped (Q644F) three-way ball valve is used for switching the flow direction of the medium and can connect two mutually perpendicular channels; the T-shaped (Q645F) three-way ball valve is used for medium shunting, confluence and flow direction switching. The T-shaped three-way can connect the three channels to each other or connect two of them. The three-way ball valve generally adopts a two-valve seat structure, and can also adopt a four-valve seat structure according to user requirements.
