Overview
The pneumatic flanged ball valve consists of various ball valve products (made of forged steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) connected by flanges and a pneumatic actuator. It is widely used for cutting off, distributing and regulating media in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical, light industry and papermaking. The pneumatic flanged ball valve features high safety factor, simple structure, small fluid resistance and convenient operation. The flanged connection ensures better pipeline sealing performance and easier maintenance and replacement. It can be operated on-site or remotely controlled centrally, which greatly saves human resources and time.

Working Principle
The pneumatic flanged ball valve is composed of a high-platform ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. There are two control modes: on-off cut-off type and intelligent control type. The on-off cut-off pneumatic ball valve cooperates with a reversing solenoid valve, a limit switch and an input air supply of 0.4~0.7MPa to realize electrical on-off control and remote valve position feedback. The intelligent control pneumatic ball valve is matched with an electric valve positioner and can receive a 4-20mA DC signal to adjust parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level. Pneumatic ball valves are divided into metal seal and soft seal according to their sealing performance. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles or fibers. It can be widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceutical and papermaking for remote centralized control or on-site control.
