The pneumatic fluorine lined carbon steel ball valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and a carbon steel ball valve fully lined with PTFE. It is generally used in occasions where the medium contains corrosive acids and alkalis, and has super strong corrosion resistance. The valve core uses fluoroplastic as the inner lining and soft sealing valve seat, which is especially suitable for various pipelines with strong corrosive media, strong acids and strong alkalis, for on-off cutting or regulation. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, acid and alkali making and other industries, and is an ideal choice for current anti-corrosion valve equipment.

Features of Pneumatic Fluorine Lined Ball Valve

1. The ball valve lined with F46 has extremely high chemical stability and is widely applicable to various strong corrosive media.

2. Adopting full port and floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage within the entire pressure range, which is more convenient for cleaning, purging and maintenance of the pipeline system.

3. The opening and closing ball and valve stem are integrated, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and fully ensures safe and reliable use.

4. The flow area is large, the inner cavity space of the valve body is the smallest, reducing medium retention; in addition, the special molding process ensures good density of the sealing surface, and the combination of conical plane sealing rings reliably ensures the sealing performance.

5. When the valve is working, only the full fluorine valve seat and fluorine lined valve body are in contact with the medium. The product can withstand corrosion from any medium except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.

6. Installing a double-acting pneumatic actuator and a 5/2-way solenoid directional valve can control the opening and closing of the valve; installing a single-acting pneumatic actuator and a 3/2-way solenoid directional valve can not only control the opening and closing of the valve, but also make the valve automatically stay at the preset safe opening or closing position when the air source fails.
