Pneumatic Fluorine Lined Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve
Product Overview
The pneumatic fluorine lined stainless steel butterfly valve consists of a pneumatic actuator and a fluorine lined butterfly valve with flange or wafer type stainless steel valve body. The valve seat and sealing surface are fully lined with fluoroplastic material, featuring zero leakage, long service life, excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. According to different working conditions, it is available in full fluorine lined and half fluorine lined types.
This valve delivers tight and reliable sealing performance. It not only retains the mechanical strength of ordinary butterfly valves, but also possesses the excellent chemical properties of PTFE such as acid and alkali resistance. Under conventional working conditions, it offers higher cost performance than ordinary stainless steel butterfly valves.
Product Application
All flow-through parts in contact with the medium, including the butterfly disc and valve body inner wall, are lined with thick fluoroplastic polymer materials. It is widely used for conveying liquid, gas and steam in various industrial pipelines, especially suitable for severely corrosive and scouring media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, strong alkali and aqua regia. It is ideal for handling highly corrosive and abrasive working conditions. However, it is not applicable for media containing solid particles or operating under excessive temperature conditions.
