Pneumatic Hard-Sealed Threaded Ball Valves

Pneumatic hard-sealed threaded ball valves refer to pneumatic valves composed of a pneumatic actuator and a hard-sealed ball valve with internal threaded interfaces. They are suitable for on-off and throttling applications. The sealing surface adopts a metal hard-sealed valve seat, which can be applied to media with a temperature ≤ 500℃. Equipped with a valve positioner, they can operate with input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and an air supply. They can also be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves and a 0.4～0.7MPa air supply to realize on-off operation, and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the opening and closing status of the valves. Overall, pneumatic hard-sealed ball valves have the advantages of compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability. They are particularly suitable for occasions with high-temperature media. Pneumatic hard-sealed ball valves are widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals and papermaking for remote centralized control or local control.

Structural Characteristics

1. Adopts a flexible movable metal valve seat structure preloaded by cylindrical springs or wave springs. The sealing preload is reasonably designed, enabling flexible opening and closing, which effectively ensures the reliability of sealing.

2. Uses a valve stem with a special structural device, which not only ensures no leakage at the packing but also prevents the valve stem from falling out.

3. According to user needs, it can be designed into a structure suitable for media such as dust (including solid particles) and slurry, making the ball valve have better wear resistance and high-temperature resistance.

4. It has built-in fire and static electricity protection functions.

5. Pneumatic metal-sealed ball valves should be used in the specified flow direction.
