Pneumatic High Pressure Ball Valve
Overview
The pneumatic high pressure ball valve consists of a forged high pressure ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. The valve body is treated with hardening and anti-corrosion processes to enhance strength, providing excellent pressure resistance and wear resistance. It adopts a 3-piece body structure for a more compact design and easier assembly, suitable for media such as hydraulic oil, water, and high-pressure gas. Equipped with a valve positioner, it can accept a 4–20mA analog signal to control the opening degree of the ball core, realizing proportional regulation of medium pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters.
Working Principle
When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the power supply and system air source, compressed air enters cylinder A or B through pipeline A or B, pushing the piston to move to one end, thus driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90°.
A visual indicator is mounted on top of the pneumatic actuator. When the green mark points to “OPEN”, the valve is fully open.
The feedback signal lamp shows green when the valve is in the open position and red when in the closed position.
The valve positioner can adjust the flow rate in the pipeline.
