Pneumatic PTFE Sealed Butterfly Valve
Product Overview
The pneumatic PTFE sealed butterfly valve consists of a piston-type pneumatic actuator and a concentric soft-seal butterfly valve. It features simple structure, low flow resistance, nearly linear flow characteristics and no material accumulation inside the valve.
Equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves and air filter regulators, the valve realizes on-off operation with air supply pressure of 0.4-0.7MPa, and outputs two sets of passive contact signals to indicate valve status. When fitted with a pneumatic positioner, it can operate by receiving control signals of 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC. This valve is lightweight, easy to install and requires low driving torque. It can be used for both medium shut-off and flow control.

The disc can be coated with nylon, PTFE and other materials as required.
Available in wafer and flange connection designs.
