Pneumatic Plastic Ball Valves (Double Union Type)

Pneumatic Plastic Ball Valves (Double Union Type) are anti-corrosion plastic ball valves designed for corrosive fluid media in various pipelines. The valve body is assembled from UPVC (or CPVC) injection-molded parts, featuring excellent corrosion resistance. They use air source pressure to control valve opening and closing, which reduces labor and time requirements and significantly improves work efficiency. The medium temperature for pneumatic plastic ball valves should generally not be too high. Depending on the material, the applicable temperature ranges from -40℃ to 180℃, with a working pressure not exceeding 1.6MPa. They are not suitable for pipelines containing liquids with hard particles, to prevent scratches on the ball surface or sealing surface that may cause leakage.

These valves adopt double union or flange connections, allowing quick assembly without special tools. They boast compact structure, wear resistance, easy disassembly, convenient maintenance and simple upkeep. The valve body material is hygienic, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and lightweight, enabling wide application in fields such as pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, brine and seawater pipeline systems, as well as acid-base and chemical solvent systems.
