Product Overview

The pneumatic plastic butterfly valve is available in multiple high-performance plastic materials including RPP, CPVC, UPVC, PVDF and PTFE. Featuring light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic and non-toxic properties, wear resistance and easy maintenance, this valve adopts a compact and aesthetic structural design. It is lightweight and simple to install and disassemble, covering a wide range of industrial application scenarios.

It is widely applied in pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, saltwater and seawater pipeline systems, as well as acid, alkali and chemical solution conveying systems, serving various industrial fluid control projects stably and efficiently.

Pneumatic Actuator Configuration

This series of plastic butterfly valves is equipped with GT series pneumatic actuators, supporting double-acting and single-acting (spring return) modes with reliable gear transmission structure. Large-diameter valves adopt AW series pneumatic actuators with fork transmission, featuring reasonable structure and high output torque, also available in double-acting and single-acting types.

1. The gear-type double-piston structure provides large output torque with a compact overall size.

2. The actuator cylinder is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, featuring light weight and elegant appearance.

3. Manual operating mechanisms can be installed on the top and bottom of the actuator for emergency manual operation.

4. The rack connection design supports adjustable opening angle and rated flow rate, realizing flexible flow control.

5. Optional electric signal feedback devices and various accessories are available to realize fully automated pipeline operation.

6. Adopting ISO5211 standard connection size, it greatly facilitates valve installation, replacement and daily maintenance.

7. Adjustable screws at both ends allow a ±4° adjustment range at 0° and 90°, ensuring high synchronous precision between the actuator and the valve.
