Product Overview
The pneumatic reducing ball valve is a diameter-deformed ball valve optimally designed for the discharge valve to improve the performance of steel reaction kettles. Based on the structure of an integrated floating ball valve, it designs the connecting flanges of the inlet and outlet into a reducing form where one end is one or several grades larger than the other. Its discharge end is a standard ball valve flange, and the feed end is a flange matched with the discharge hole at the bottom of the reaction kettle, which can be easily connected to the center of the reaction kettle bottom as the discharge port of the reaction kettle. This product has a short distance between the valve seat and the end flange, resulting in less material retention, compact structure and superior sealing performance. It can be used not only on reaction pots in the fine chemical, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, but also for the transportation of soft and fine granular media. This product offers multiple operation methods, including manual, pneumatic and electric options.
Product Advantages
In the design of the pneumatic reducing ball valve, the dead center position for opening and closing is set as closing at 45 degrees to the right, and opening otherwise. This dead center position on the same horizontal plane is conducive to manual operation. It is also more favorable for the linkage of cylinder pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. It can not only install the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder in a horizontal suspended manner, basically close to the kettle bottom, occupying less operating space under the reaction kettle, but also avoid the interference caused by leakage due to the valve stem and piston being in a straight line. This valve not only inherits all the advantages of ball valves, but also solves the reasonable matching connection method with the reaction kettle. Compared with the existing upper and lower expanding discharge valves, it is undoubtedly better.
