The pneumatic stainless steel flange ball valve adopts a two-piece floating ball structure. The full-port design meets the requirements of pipeline pigging and has the maximum flow capacity. The valve body is integrally cast by sol-gel technology, with a smooth and burr-free surface, which is convenient for processing. This valve is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and is suitable for two-position cut-off or regulation occasions.

Working Principle

The pneumatic stainless steel ball valve is composed of a pneumatic actuator and a precision-cast ball valve. It is mainly divided into two categories: pneumatic soft-seal ball valve and pneumatic hard-seal ball valve. The pneumatic flange ball valve has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability. The pneumatic flange ball valve can be equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize on-off operation, and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the on-off state of the valve.
