Overview

The pneumatic UPVC ball valve (double union type) is an anti-corrosion plastic ball valve used in various corrosive pipeline fluid media. The valve body is assembled and formed by UPVC (CPVC) injection-molded parts, which has strong corrosion resistance. The opening and closing of the valve is controlled by air source pressure, which reduces the required manpower and time in terms of work efficiency and greatly increases the workload. The medium temperature used by the pneumatic plastic ball valve should generally not be too high. According to the material temperature, it can be between -40℃ and 180℃, and the working pressure does not exceed 1.6mpa. Pneumatic plastic ball valves are not suitable for pipelines containing hard particle liquids to prevent scratching the ball surface or sealing surface, resulting in leakage, etc.
