Pneumatic Actuated V‑Port Ball Valve
The ball core of the Pneumatic Actuated V‑Port Ball Valve is machined with a V‑notch, delivering accurate flow control curve and modulating performance. Featuring compact structure, small dimension and flush‑mount installation capability, it is suitable for various control applications. It controls gas, liquid and solid‑particle media. Zero‑clearance rotation between ball core and seat provides strong shearing force and self‑cleaning property. It is especially suitable for suspensions containing fiber or fine solid particles and solid‑particle medium control.

Structural Features
1. The Pneumatic Actuated V‑Port Ball Valve consists of V‑port ball valve body, pneumatic actuator and other accessories. It is a high‑grade quarter‑turn control valve. The V‑port ball valve requires minimal maintenance and offers long service life for highly‑efficient process control.
2. Excellent modulating performance: The Pneumatic Actuated V‑Port Ball Valve delivers near equal‑percentage inherent flow characteristic with rangeability up to 300:1. Precise control can be achieved within a wide operating range.

5. Maximum reliability and safety: One‑piece robust valve body is immune to pipeline pressure impact and eliminates body leakage risk.
6. Superior sealing performance of metal seat: Movable metal seat with self‑compensation function provides outstanding sealing performance and extended service life. Leakage is 10 times of rated flow coefficient under flow direction.
