Pneumatic V-Type Ball Valve
The pneumatic V-type ball valve is a high-precision control valve with a right-angle rotation structure, which can be divided into pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve and pneumatic V-type cut-off ball valve. Used with a valve positioner, it can realize proportional regulation. Used with a 5/2-way solenoid valve and control box, it can realize on-off control. The valve core of the pneumatic V-type ball valve is designed with a specially shaped V-type notch, which has accurate flow cutoff performance and control function. The pneumatic V-type ball valve is suitable for various control occasions, with the advantages of compact structure, small volume and horizontal installation. The pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve is suitable for the control of gas, liquid and solid granular media. Due to the gapless rotation between the valve core and the valve seat, it has great shearing force and self-cleaning performance, especially suitable for the control of suspensions containing fibrous or tiny solid particles and solid granular media.

Structural Features
1. Excellent Regulating Performance: The V-type ball valve has an approximate percentage inherent flow characteristic and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, the V-type ball valve can provide accurate control within a wide range of changes.
2. Flow Volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full right-angle rotation control, the volume value is particularly high, the flow capacity is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small.
3. The V-type ball valve adopts a double-bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, ensuring the valve has good sensitivity and response speed.
4. Reliability: The valve body is integrated, strong and durable, the operation is not affected by pipeline pressure, and valve body leakage can be avoided.
5. Super Strong Shearing Capacity: The V-type ball valve adopts a metal hard seal structure. During the rotation of the V-type ball valve core and the metal valve seat, the V-type notch and the valve seat generate a strong shearing force to cut off impurities such as fibers, and has a self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
