The actuator of pneumatic actuated wafer butterfly valve adopts piston‑type structure, featuring increased torque, flexible rotation, simple structure, small size and light weight. The valve body of pneumatic actuated wafer butterfly valve is available in centerline, triple‑eccentric metal‑sealed, PTFE‑sealed and double‑eccentric soft‑sealed types. It is suitable for sites with limited installation space and short pipeline distance. Without connecting rods or bolts inside valve body, it delivers reliable operation and long service life. It can be installed in multiple positions without being affected by medium flow direction. Widely used in dust‑laden cold or hot gas pipelines for ventilation and environmental‑protection projects in chemical, building material, power station, glass and other industries, serving as flow regulating or shut‑off device for gas media.
