Pneumatic Y-Type Three-Way Ball Valve
Overview
The pneumatic Y-type three-way ball valve, also known as a reversing ball valve, adopts a full-port design, which is convenient for flow statistics and calculation. The high-platform ISO5211 standard facilitates the connection and installation of the actuator. The flow channel of this product is designed with connected inlet and outlet at a 135° angle, and the inner channel has a curved flow velocity, which avoids the disadvantage of sharp corners in the flow channel. It is especially suitable for media such as powder and particles.
Structural Features
The pneumatic Y-type three-way ball valve has two valve body structures with angles of 120° and 135° between each other. The Y-type three-way ball valve has a flat flow channel, small fluid resistance and strong flow capacity. There is no medium retention during switching, which will not cause secondary pollution. It is equipped with a pneumatic actuator to realize automatic control. According to different working conditions, the valve seat seal of the Y-type three-way ball valve can adopt various advanced process materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (≤200℃), para-polyphenylene (≤300℃), or hard alloy (≤600℃), spray-welded nickel-based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), supersonic tungsten-cobalt alloy coating (hardness greater than HRC70) and special hardened materials.
Application Scope
The pneumatic Y-type three-way ball valve and its valve seat seal can adopt various processes such as soft seal, spray-welded nickel-based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), supersonic tungsten-cobalt alloy coating (hardness greater than HRC70) and special British materials according to different working conditions, which is suitable for various harsh working conditions. The soft seal is applicable to working conditions below 200℃, the hard seal for carbon steel is not more than 425℃, and for stainless steel is not more than 450℃.
