Electric High‑Pressure Control Valve
The electric high‑pressure control valve is composed of a straight‑stroke electric actuator and a high‑pressure control valve body. The electric high‑pressure cage type control valve is developed to solve severe problems of ordinary control valves under harsh working conditions including high pressure or high pressure difference, serious cavitation and erosion, such as short service life, easy fracture of valve stem and falling‑off of bushing.
Structural Features
The electric high‑pressure control valve adopts cage‑type throttling structure to share pressure difference, reduce damages caused by cavitation, erosion and turbulent flow, and greatly extend the service life of the control valve. Especially in urea systems, its service life is 2‑3 times longer than ordinary high‑pressure valves. The electric actuator adopts integrated structure with built‑in servo amplifier. By receiving input control signals (4‑20mADC or 1‑5VDC) and power supply, it can adjust valve opening to realize regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level and temperature. The valve body is straight‑through type, the valve core adopts single‑guide structure, featuring simple flow path and low resistance. It is especially suitable for regulating high‑viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and granular media, avoiding coking, adhesion and blockage. This valve has the advantages of sensitive action, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size and high adjustment accuracy.
