Pneumatic Actuated 3-Way Control Valve
1. Product Overview
Pneumatic diaphragm 3-way control valve consists of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and 3-way diverging / converging valve body. Equipped with electro-pneumatic valve positioner or pneumatic valve positioner, it realizes automatic regulation and control of fluid medium in process pipelines.
Features
The valve plug adopts cylindrical thin-wall window structure with side guiding for the plug. The valve body is of three-way structure: one inlet two outlets (3-way diverging valve) or two inlets one outlet (3-way converging valve). It can realize mixing heating/cooling of fluid or unequal flow diversion to meet various working conditions. This valve features compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristic and convenient maintenance.
Application Scenarios
Model ZJSF(H) pneumatic diaphragm 3-way control valve is widely used to precisely maintain process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of gas, liquid, steam, heat transfer oil and other media at set values. It is suitable for temperature control of heat exchangers in petroleum industry. One 3-way valve can replace two single-seat or double-seat valves, occupying smaller space and saving pipeline installation cost.
