Electric Single-Seat Control Valve
1. Product Overview
Electric single-seat control valve consists of PSL series & 3810 series straight-stroke electric actuator and low flow resistance straight-through single-seat valve. Other brands of straight-stroke actuators are optional.
The electric actuator is integrated electronic type with built-in servo amplifier. It adjusts valve opening by receiving 4-20mADC / 1-5VDC control signal and power supply, to realize regulation of pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and other process parameters. It features sensitive action, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size and high regulating precision, with obviously improved control performance compared with DKZ type.
Single-seat valve is suitable for working conditions requiring strict leakage limit, low differential pressure and medium with certain viscosity. Widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, environmental protection, light industry and equipment industries.

3. Bonnet Types Description
Normal Temperature Type: Operating temperature -20℃ ~ +200℃, leakage class IV.
High Temperature Type: Equipped with radiating fins, applicable for medium temperature -60℃ ~ +450℃.
Bellows Sealed Type: Fully seals moving stem to eliminate medium external leakage.
Low Temperature Type: Extended bonnet with heat insulation plate, suitable for cryogenic working condition down to -196℃.
