Pilot Operated Self-operated Control Valve
1. Product Overview
The pilot operated self-operated control valve consists of valve body, actuator and pressure setting spring. It adopts internal pressure sampling structure, which automatically adjusts and stabilizes pressure relying on the pressure change of medium itself. It is applicable to steam, weakly corrosive gas and low-viscosity liquid, used for downstream pressure control in pipeline system. The valve will close to reduce pressure when outlet pressure rises.
Compared with direct-acting pressure control valves, pilot-operated type owns larger flow capacity, suitable for working conditions with large flow demand.

2. Product Features
Pressure adjustment is realized on the pilot valve, which is convenient and efficient, continuous setting available during operation.
Control accuracy is about twice higher than ZZY self-operated control valve, suitable for occasions requiring high precision.
Wider pressure adjustment range than model 5811 self-operated control valve for the same valve size.
Ultra-sensitive response, capable of sensing tiny pressure and subtle pressure fluctuation (such as 50mm water column).
Extra large pressure reduction ratio, e.g. inlet pressure 0.8MPa, outlet pressure 50mmH₂O, pressure ratio up to 160.
