1. Product Brief Introduction

The pneumatic bellows sealed control valve adopts top-guided unbalanced structure with high strength and heavy load capacity. It features S-shaped flow channel, low pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and high precision flow characteristic. The bonnet is equipped with dual sealing of bellows and packing, which fundamentally eliminates medium external leakage. This bellows sealed single-seat pneumatic control valve is suitable for flow and pressure regulation of hazardous gas or volatile media.

The pneumatic bellows sealed cage control valve adopts compression seat design, solving the drawbacks of traditional threaded screwed seat such as difficult disassembly and large leakage, and extending service life. This valve is flow-to-open design; the medium flows towards valve opening direction, delivering good controllability at small opening and little distortion of flow characteristic. Anti-cavitation and noise reduction cages are optional according to working conditions.

  1. Top-guided single-seat structure, compact layout with few parts for easy maintenance.

  2. Metal plug meets Class IV leakage standard; soft-seal plug reaches Class VI leakage standard.

  3. The valve body is designed with equal cross-section low-resistance flow channel based on hydrodynamics, increasing rated flow coefficient.

  4. Wide adjustable range with inherent rangeability of 50:1.

  5. The actuator adopts multi-spring design, shorter height and lighter weight.

  6. Bellows sealing forms full isolation for moving stem to prevent fluid leakage outwards.

  7. Thermal insulation jacket is optional for media easy to crystallize and solidify after cooling to avoid pipeline blockage.

7. Application Scope

The pneumatic bellows sealed control valve is composed of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and bellows sealed valve body. The multi-spring actuator features low height, light weight and convenient installation. The plug adopts top-guided compact structure with S-shaped streamlined flow channel, which realizes low pressure drop, large flow rate, wide adjustable range and high flow characteristic accuracy, complying with IEC534-1-1976 standard. The bellows sealed bonnet is suitable for flammable, explosive and volatile media regulation, and can also be applied under vacuum working conditions.
