1. Product Overview

The self-operated pressure control valve requires no external energy. It takes the energy of the process medium itself as power to drive the actuator, adjust the plug position, and change the pressure difference and flow across the valve. Thereby, it stabilizes the upstream or downstream pressure.

This valve features sensitive action, reliable sealing and slight fluctuation of pressure set point. It is widely used for automatic pressure regulation, pressure relief and pressure stabilization of gas, liquid and other media.

Three structural types are available: single-port (ZZYP), cage type (ZZYM) and double-port (ZZYN). Actuators include diaphragm type and piston type. It is divided into Type B (downstream pressure regulation for pressure reduction) and Type K (upstream pressure regulation for pressure relief).

Nominal pressure ratings: PN16, PN40, PN64. Nominal diameter: DN20 ~ DN300. Leakage classes: Class II, Class IV, Class VI. Flow characteristic: Quick-opening. Adjustable pressure range: 15 ~ 2500 KPa. Custom combinations are available to meet various working conditions.

2. Product Features

  1. No external energy required. It can operate in sites without power and air supply, saving energy and facilitating on-site application.

  2. Fine and overlapping segmented pressure ranges ensure high regulation accuracy.

  3. The pressure set point can be continuously adjusted during operation.

  4. For downstream pressure regulation, the ratio of upstream pressure to downstream pressure ranges from 10:1 to 10:8.

  5. Equipped with rubber diaphragm for pressure detection, featuring high detection accuracy and quick response.

  6. Adopts pressure balance structure for sensitive response and precise control.
