Eccentric Plug Valve
The eccentric plug valve features unique eccentric sealing design, which greatly reduces operating torque compared with conventional plug valves. It minimizes wear on sealing surfaces and extends valve service life. With rectangular straight‑through flow passage, it delivers low head loss and excellent linear flow regulation performance. It is applied for cut‑off or throttling service in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, slurry and clean water conditions.

2. 3 mm hard‑faced seat containing 90% nickel or high‑performance resin seat meets diverse anti‑corrosion requirements.
3. Combined V‑type sealing ring can be replaced without removing operating device.
4. Grease fitting port design prolongs valve service cycle.
5. Bearings are made of self‑lubricating material, no grease required and low wear on valve shaft.
6. Molded hot‑coated plug body avoids rubber peeling, erosion and corrosion risks.
7. O‑ring sealing between bonnet and valve body reduces bolt quantity for convenient maintenance.
8. Pressure gauge ports on valve inlet and outlet facilitate flow measurement and control.
