Pneumatic Actuated Plug Valve
A pneumatic actuated plug valve is an integrated valve composed of a pneumatic actuator and a plug valve. The pneumatic actuator, also known as a pneumatic device or pneumatic head, controls the valve opening and closing movements. Pneumatic actuators are available in single-acting and double-acting types. The valve’s opening and closing component is a perforated cylindrical plug. The plug and valve stem rotate around the axis perpendicular to the flow channel to open or close the passage, which is mainly used for cutting on and off the medium flow in pipelines and equipment.

Structural Features
1. Adopts a compact dual-piston rack-and-pinion gear structure with precise meshing, stable transmission and steady output torque.
2. The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy with hard anodized treatment, featuring high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance.
3. The same specification supports both double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types.
4. Wear-resistant supporting materials are installed on the moving parts of pistons and output shafts to avoid direct metal contact and reduce friction and wear.
5. Installation and connection dimensions comply with international standards: ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845.
6. Cylinder body, end cover, output shaft, springs and fasteners are all anti-corrosion treated. The connection holes of the output shaft are available in multiple types, including square hole, flat hole and link hole for diverse selection.
