Three-Way Plug Valve
General Description
Three-way plug valves are used to switch the flow direction of medium or distribute medium to different pipelines, including L-port and T-port types. The three-way ferrule plug valve adopts a plug with through holes as the opening and closing component. The plug rotates together with the valve stem to complete opening and closing actions. Rotating the plug by 90° aligns or separates the passage holes on the plug and valve body, thereby realizing opening or closing of the valve.
Three-way and four-way plug valves are applicable to pipelines in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, power and other industries under various working conditions, with nominal pressure CLASS150\900LBS, PN1.0\16.0 and operating temperature ranging from -29℃ to 550℃.

Working Principle
Rational structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and attractive appearance. The material of spare parts and flange dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or customer requirements to meet diverse service demands.
Three-way and four-way plug valves can be customized into various flow patterns (L-type, T-type, etc.), various materials (cast iron, cast bronze, stainless steel, etc.) and various sealing structures (metal seal, ferrule seal, oil seal) to match different pipeline working conditions.
