1. Product Overview

The pneumatic sanitary wafer butterfly valve adopts a round stainless steel butterfly disc as the opening and closing component. It opens, closes and regulates fluid flow through 90° rotation of the valve stem. The valve features a simple structure, small size, lightweight design, low material consumption and compact installation dimensions. It requires low driving torque, delivers flexible operation and fast on-off action. Equipped with excellent linear flow regulation performance and reliable sealing property, its sealing material is aging-resistant and corrosion-resistant with a long service life.

As a mainstream valve for sanitary fluid pipelines, the sanitary wafer butterfly valve is widely used in medium and small-diameter, medium and low-pressure sanitary pipeline systems. It supports dual control modes: automatic pneumatic actuator operation and manual handle operation. The handle can adjust the valve opening angle freely according to flow requirements. The pneumatic actuator converts the linear piston movement into 90° rotational movement to drive stable operation of the butterfly valve.
