The sanitary pneumatic three-way ball valve is a type of valve used in sanitary pipeline systems, mainly for medium commutation, shunting, confluence and mixing.

Automation & Control

The pneumatic sanitary three-way ball valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator, which can be seamlessly connected with automatic control systems such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system and DCS (Distributed Control System) to realize remote automatic control. Operators can easily monitor and operate the valve through the computer interface in the central control room without being present on site, which greatly improves production efficiency and management level. At the same time, automatic control can also realize functions such as timed opening and closing of the valve and interlock control, further improving the safety and reliability of the production process.

Working Principle

Pneumatic sanitary three-way ball valves are divided into L-type and T-type: L-type: Suitable for switching the medium flow direction, which can connect two mutually perpendicular channels. T-type: Suitable for medium shunting, confluence or flow direction switching; the T-type channel can connect the three channels to each other or connect two of them.
